Meet Matt Aldrich

Real Pet-Industry Experience. Plain-English Advice.

Matt’s experience starts on the retail floor, not just behind a marketing dashboard.

With more than 12 years in the pet industry, including three years in retail, he understands the challenge of running a business while trying to market it. Today, he leads Pet Engine Marketing, helping independent pet retailers and service providers turn business goals into focused marketing plans.

He’s also the co-founder of Pet Industry Network, a PETS+ contributor, and a speaker at events including SUPERZOO, Global Pet Expo, and The Pet Summit.

His approach is straightforward: explain what matters, show what it looks like in practice, and help people apply it to their own businesses.

Less Guesswork. Clearer Next Steps.

Marketing education should help people make better decisions when they get back to work.
