Where to Find Pet Engine Marketing at SUPERZOO 2026

SUPERZOO is always one of the biggest weeks of the year for the pet industry, and I’m excited to be back in Las Vegas for three days of education, conversation, and connection.

This year, I’ll be leading a hands-on website and SEO workshop, joining fellow Pet Industry Network® experts for a panel on what is separating high-performing pet businesses from everyone else, and hosting an informal meet-up for pet professionals who want to connect in person.

Here’s where you can find me at SUPERZOO 2026.

Tuesday, August 11: Fix My Website

Fix My Website: A Hands-On SEO Workshop to Drive More Traffic and Sales

Time: 1:00–2:00 p.m.
Location: South Pacific C

Your website should help people find your business, understand why they should choose you, and take the next step. Unfortunately, many pet business websites are quietly working against them.

Slow load times, confusing mobile layouts, weak local search signals, and unclear content can all lead to fewer website visits, phone calls, appointments, and sales.

During this hands-on workshop, I’ll review real pet business websites and walk through the problems that may be limiting their results. Rather than discussing SEO in broad or overly technical terms, we’ll look at specific examples and practical improvements attendees can make to their own websites.

We’ll cover topics including:

  • Website speed and mobile usability

  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility

  • Website content that helps turn visitors into customers

  • On-page improvements that help search engines understand your business

  • How AI-driven discovery tools, including ChatGPT, are changing the way people find businesses

  • Simple ways to measure whether your website is improving

The goal is not to overwhelm attendees with a long list of technical recommendations. It is to help pet business owners identify their biggest website opportunities and leave with a clear plan for what to improve first.

Wednesday, August 12: The Performance Gap

The Performance Gap: Why Some Pet Businesses Are Booming While Others Fight to Survive

Time: 10:00–11:00 a.m.
Location: South Pacific B

Pet businesses are operating in the same economy, serving many of the same customers, and facing many of the same challenges. Yet their results can look completely different.

Some businesses are growing, expanding, and having record years. Others are fighting to maintain revenue and wondering why the strategies that worked in the past are no longer producing the same results.

I’ll join other leaders from the Pet Industry Network® for a panel examining what is driving that gap.

We’ll use data and observations from the first half of 2026 to explore how pet parent behavior, trust, loyalty, and decision-making have changed. The conversation will include Gen Z buying patterns, technology’s growing role in the customer experience, the decline of traditional loyalty models, and the shift toward relationships built around outcomes and ongoing value.

Most importantly, we’ll discuss what pet businesses can do about it.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of where their business currently stands, which changes deserve their attention, and what they can prioritize during the second half of 2026.

Thursday, August 13: Pet Industry Network Power Hour

Pet Industry Network Power Hour Meet-Up

Time: 1:00–2:00 p.m.
Location: Social Lounge

On Thursday afternoon, the Pet Industry Network® team will be gathering in the Social Lounge for an informal Power Hour meet-up.

This is a chance to step away from the trade show floor, meet other pet professionals, connect with PIN experts, and have the kinds of conversations that are often difficult to fit into a scheduled presentation.

There is no formal agenda or hour-long sales pitch. Come by, introduce yourself, ask questions, talk through something happening in your business, or simply meet more people who understand the challenges of working in the pet industry.

Whether you have been part of the Pet Industry Network for years or are hearing about us for the first time, you are welcome to join us.

Let’s Connect at SUPERZOO

One of the most valuable parts of SUPERZOO is the opportunity to meet pet professionals face-to-face.

Pet Engine Marketing works with independent pet retailers, groomers, trainers, boarding and daycare facilities, pet sitters, dog walkers, and other service-based pet businesses across the United States and Canada. If you are looking for ways to improve your website, increase your local visibility, make better use of paid advertising, or build a clearer marketing strategy, I would be happy to meet you while we are in Las Vegas.

You can attend one of the sessions above, stop by the Pet Industry Network Power Hour, or contact us before the show to schedule a time to connect.

I look forward to seeing you at SUPERZOO 2026.
