    Matt helps pet business owners figure out what’s working, what’s missing, and where to focus next. He brings more than a decade of pet-industry experience, co-founded Pet Industry Network, and regularly speaks at industry events. Outside work, you’ll usually find him running or on a soccer field.

    Tiffany keeps clients and the PEM team connected, turning plans into next steps and keeping work moving. She’s your point of contact for questions, updates, and getting the right people involved when you need help.

He works alongside fellow ads specialist Brad, bringing more than 25 years of combined experience. Outside work, he enjoys sports, new restaurants, and summers on the lake.

    Renan brings more than 10 years of graphic design experience, supporting PEM with additional creative work when needed. He creates visuals that help businesses communicate clearly and stay true to their identity. A father of three boys and a dog lover, he enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
